What affects the cost of a whole-home remodel?
The largest factors are the amount of structural and layout change, the condition of existing systems, the number of kitchens and bathrooms involved, finish selections, site access, and concealed conditions uncovered during demolition. We define scope and allowances early so the investment is based on the actual project—not only square footage.
Question 02
How long does a whole-home remodel typically take?
Many whole-home remodels require roughly 3–8 months of construction, with more extensive structural work taking longer. Design, engineering, permitting, selections, and material procurement happen before that. We establish a project-specific schedule once the scope and major selections are understood.

What should be selected before demolition?
Cabinetry, appliances, plumbing fixtures, tile, flooring, countertops, lighting, hardware, doors, and major paint or finish direction should be substantially coordinated before work begins. Early selections allow accurate rough-in locations and reduce delays between trades.
